I dont want to start bashing the quality of the plane before it has even hit the streets, it could end up being an all out ball of fun. And other than the price, I would have already put one on pre-order. I have never owned a GB plane and I havent ever heard any real negatives about any of them. I am just saying that it is priced fairly high compared to all the other GB planes in the same size category. The GP yak, cap, and su31 are all 25% planes( I believe) and if an ultimate with a 60.5 WS ends up being around 15lbs like those planes are then no it isnt well designed and not built lightly. But like you stated, it all depends on how well it is put together. I am not sure as of yet what size they are going to state it as being (90, 120 or ?). Maybe the price will even come down once they get them in stock and ready to send out. Just my .02.
