similar to to a slow roll only with your high rates on and the throttle way back. As you go from your harrier(up elevator) you go to a high alpha knife edge(left rudder), then to an inverted harrier(down elevator), then the other high alpha knife(right rudder), then regular harrier. Just make it smooth like you would a slow roll. The hardest part is keeping the plane from climbing after going from a knife to a harrier due to the lift from the wing and a tendency to add too much throttle, especially when you are low to the ground.
