If you've had a crash and by your discription, I believe you may have bent the spindle/feathering shaft in the rotor head.

I hope you could help me again, I've got another Belt-Cp issue.
Recently, i just noticed that my main rotor aren't in balance. Instead of one straight line view from one side. it is tilt down from the mddle. When I spin it up in normal gyro mode it spins violently and out of control. When I use reverse mdoe it is usable. It still has a lot of vibration. When it's on concrete ground, it violates so badly, the tail wing knocks the ground couple times and main rotor changed its spots. I think there's some kind of pitch or main shaft problem. I'll appreciate any help. If you need more information, I'm updating some sample videos on youtube soon.
