Watched both of the videos... The sound of the heli, doesn't seem right. Way to loud and inconsistent. With knocking sounds too. Check your gear mesh, but I'm thinking more toward a main gear that has broken or worn teeth or even the pinion gear on the motor. Check them closely. Watch your second video and listen to the slamming.

I just added two videos on youtube
First one is Belt-CP attempt to demonstrate vibration and the crappy camera didn't show it. It still got a good shot of the pitch problem.

Second video is the demonstration of vibration and that is on carpet, On concret, it is about 3 times worse and when i spin down it literally bends main rotors from its place and knocks the tail couple times on the ground.
