Default RE: Please help, a new problem recently.

Homeunt,

I kinda thought the main gear was damaged by the sound. With 2 to 4 teeth completely broken off, it's time to replace the gear. It'll never be right with out a new gear. The rest may be fine, but it's the broken ones and worn ones causing your problem.
I'm not aware of a non-plastic gear, and it won't be a good idea to get something stronger. Other things would break. I'm not sure they make them for the Belt-CP.. I've got a Belt-CP, and did the same thing, hit idle-up and tore the gear apart.

See pictures of the gear and what the heli looks like to get it out. Need to remove the the rotor head assembly and main shaft.
If you need help, let me know and PM me. I don't always check all the threads.. Oh, you'll need a bearing removal tool also, about 5 bucks.

the main gear is slightly damaged from my familization with the transmitter. I accidentally pressed IDEl button and the throttle turned maximum. The strange part is that it was fine after that. Now there is a bit of problem. So could you tell me if there is anything wrong other than the main gear?
If I were to replace the main gear I would need help to replace it. Right now, I see about 2 to 4 teeth completely broken off and a little bit left for 3 to 6 teeth. Rest are fine. Is there non-plastic main gear? I am going to buy the spare part before summer and willing to get it flying just fine till April.
There are more videos of the problem but it's not yet being uploaded to youtube. [It's been 3 hours]

I thank you for your prior advices and I appreciate your time and effort to help me better. If you could inspect the videos carefully and tell me what's wrong I'll find that very helpful.
