I wanted to pass along how completely happy I am with my recent experience with the Service Center.
I bugged 'em on the phone before sending in my rx's for the firmware update, then to make sure the rx's had arrived. Everyone I talked with was cordial and competent. Then they called when the rx's were done as I'd requested so I could pay to upgrade the return shipping to 2nd Day Air service.
I sent in a total of 10 rxs; R921's, AR7000's, AR6200 and AR6100's. They turned them around in just a couple of days and I have them back now. They all work as advertised and there was a note from the tech about what was done, very considerate and professional.
And thank you for all the time you spend here answering our questions!
