You didnt have to put the horn in the centre of the balsa block, if you put it near the inside edge its fine.

Why are you showing the centre hole of the servo horn as a reference point, surely taking you measurements from the outer hole would cause less of a headache?

Also what your pictures are showing is not a rudder horn but a aileron i believe.

You could use a longer servo arm as Jason Shulman did, have a look at post number 83

As for getting help from Comp ARF or JP Zardini....My chin cowl was damaged upon arrival and despite many promises from JP Zardini, 4 months on I still have no replacement and Comp ARF didnt even answer my e-mails.

But heh...theres plenty of other companies that produce better quality planes and customer service...so they wont be getting my business again!
