about "at times they can be pretty millitant ".

are goal is to have talk about the build, builds etc. we try to keep some of
the talk to a minimum at best. we dont want to say you cant converse freely
as that is part of modeling. we just try and keep the build on track is all.

if its not kept in check, it can go on for pages, and get into a whole different
conversation that doesnt pertain to the original intent of the thread. It happens
elsewhere on other forums, and its frustrating trying to look thru many pages of talk, to find
something that resembles the build thread.

we have archived some threads that where over 200 pages long. when we where
done, they where down to less than 100 pages of building material.
