from what i've seen most of the rear pull start weedies are made by kioritz (echo) or komatsu (zenoah) and are high quality. echo does have a 25.4cc engine so this toro might be the same? from what i remember the whole pull-start rig only weighs about 6oz so it sounds doable if you dont mind the extra weight.
