there is one thing left to try,remove all the rubber parts that you can and place it in the oven at about 220 degrees for about 30 minutes then try to turn it oover while holding with an oven mit.this usually will soften up congealed castor oil as well as expands the parts abit.hope you have tried soaking on old fuel first as this is a last resort but usually works when all else fails.good luck
