Dany it sound like you have inserted your elevons to far into the wing which has limited your throws, i had to trim off the trailing edge of the wing to get the correct movement, i also modified the root section of the elevon by moving it back by 1/4 inch at the section that overhangs the wing. this allowed for full travel without bottoming out on the fuse.
