It's my understanding that the up date manages the trims when you switch over to 2.4. Before the update there was an issue with trims. You should have more than one file showing. The files are zipped... then you unzipp after downloaded and THEN you have to extract them. So instead of one large file you have several that all get copied over to your Tx via the CF Card.
