You wrote that you replaced the hinges with pinned ones. I can understand why. Did you mean that you replaced it with robarts type hinges or the flat nylon type?
Also when doing so did you find it necessary to open up the wing to add some wood to help support the hinge?
I'm most interested as I have the Will Hobby fw190 still in the box and also don't like the CA hinges.
