Run a couple of tanks, check the idle and transition, and then fly it with a light prop for a couple of more tanks rich. You can lean it out a bit each flight, and run increasingly bigger props. Your engine should stay cool during the first few tanks and after 5-6 should be fully broken in.

Each engine is different. The idea is to run it so that it can stay cool, run rich with a reduced load for the first few flights. Your engine will thank you with long life and great performance
