Jeff Owens is da winna!

Exception is the name of the aircraft. It was almost an ARF at the time, since the wings and stab were foam molded in fiberglass. After flying it a season, the wings developed wrinkles just outside of the fillets and I passed it along to Jerry Cuda. It was a nice flying plane, though.

But I don't remember where I got it or who kitted it. Maybe someone else here can fill in the history a little.
