Yes, BUT, use the right stuff or you'll be sorry. There are different strengths of Loctite. You'd want the stuff that isn't considered "permanent". There is a thread locker that can break free when you need it to. The permanent stuff requires a heat gun to soften it enough to get the screw back out and I think that would ruin plastic parts. Most big box stores have it in their paint aisle with other adhesives.
