I'm a bit at a loss for anything else that might cause this. I've not set up a plane such as you are trying to do, so I'm out of ideas for the moment. Try posting in this thread about the problem. There are a lot of guys with a lot of Airtronics experience following this thread, hopefully somebody can help.
