Thanks to both of you for your input and help,well i maidened my L39 early this morning it flew but only just? take off was not too bad off a tarmacc runway but the climb out was slow and painfull i did two circuits and landed.
Model flys fine, but as you both pointed out lacks grunt.
I may have to take the plunge and buy a DS51 after all?
Carl what was your set up/fan,motor cells .watts amps and all up weight?<lots of questions>,
