Hey MasterAlex. the head rest is made fro a piece of old foam tire, you know the ones off of an ARF, that if the plane sits too long they get a flat spot on one side. So I took one of those and cut it out, and smoothed it down to shape with the trustee dremel tool.
the edging around the cockpit is a piece of old windshield wiper blade, the groove in it worked perfectly. thats about all I have done so far, no inst. panel, although i think i will get one. I painted it black, and put the switch/charge jack there as well. Not sure how the pilot I ordered will fit around it, but we will see.

O, by the way, I found a Harley Pig doll figure, on ebay and bought it, hope it will work cause it looks really cool!
