the head rest is made fro a piece of old foam tire, you know the ones off of an ARF, that if the plane sits too long they get a flat spot on one side. So I took one of those and cut it out, and smoothed it down to shape with the trustee dremel tool.
the edging around the cockpit is a piece of old windshield wiper blade, the groove in it worked perfectly.
Necessity is the mother of invention - nice creative thinking there! Very cool. [8D]
