Actually, military style open face helmets are more popular than full face helmets. I bought one when I intended to start flying airshows. That dream did not come to pass.[] I still have my helmet. But, I would look silly getting out of my Cherokee wearing it. So, it just stays in my closet.[&o] When i finish my Glasair, I will probably wear the helmet again. That way I can feel like a jet pilot
