I would not think it got hot. I was still in the process of trying to just get the feel for it. I would have to say I was running at a little less then half throttle and that was short time doing that. I would have to agree with you on faulty equipment. Signal, servo or something. I have since bought a spectrum dx6i and it came with a 6200 receiver. So when i rebuild this thing at least i will have a better signal. I just need to get better servos for it. I am thinking about the hitec 82. I posted something about those asking if they will work because the servo horns are shorter. If you could help me on that I would appreciate it. I am kind of a newbe at this. Only been flying for about a year. 1ST plane was a cessna 182 4 channel still running strong and the piper cub 4 channel. I also have many hours on the g4 sim.
