Depends how big the nylon bolt is remember that the balsa /lite ply around it isn't that strong either ...


if you want to keep the metal bolt on you can always use the ca trick....


Take your bolt and the blind nut it will screw into and put a small drop of THIN ca on the threads screw the bolt in and out for a few minutes until the ca is hard put one more drop on repeat as needed make sure you keep turning the bolt /screw in and out of the blind nut so it doesn't glue there your only trying to get glue in the threads this will cause the bolts to have a 'tight' feel kind of like screwing into nylon where there is some resistance to get them to start to turn.. to them and they wont vibrate loose.
