Most people don't know the difference between .23 and .16 or .13... I would say that they are fine for the fun fly. It's a fairly slow servo, but if won't make a huge difference at all unless you plan on competing with it.. Thats just my opinion

I also happen to own Hitec 5645s and Hitec 5945 digital servos. I have thouroughly bench tested and used them with great results. A lot of people talk smack on them, even though they themselves have never owned them. The only way YOU can know if something is of poor quality is to try it yourself. There is also a warrenty just in case you happen to have a bad experience.
