To stay under 200 and to be stable outdoor. I would say it is possible but you'll lose a lot more money than you expect.
HBK2 is a perfect one but you'll need main motor and esc before it craps out.
HBCP i heard it has bad main and tail motor so I think you're supposed to change them too.
I own Belt-Cp and HBK2. I find HBK2 a lot more easier to learn on. I suppose it is easier to learn on smaller ones.
You could try HBFP if you usually get calm weather. ask Nuttcaze about flight quality of HBFP outdoor. That heli is just around 100 dollars and its parts are really cheap.
