Yep, it was the Elm Creek Flyers....we started that club and flew from a farmer's field (Leonard Wendt's) during the summer and at the airport during the 'snow season' :-)

I lived in Northrop....check out the hardware store in Welcome, the owner used to be in our club. Also the CEO of the radio station (Woodie?) used to fly with us. At one time we had about 25 members!!!!! Also Jeff Silker (Photography business) was in theclub....
