welll belt-cp is a little over kill but it's got really good performance. (I've got mine right on 190 dollars USD with shipping included) I could hover in pretty hard wind [hard enough to knock my transmitter down when i had it standing on a table.] and I'm only a beginner.
but it's all up to you. Right now, with my beltcp im happiest i can be as a beginner
Make sure that you read feedbacks on blade cx before you buy it. I didn't buy that one as a beginner because not many people liked it over belt-cp or even hbk2.
