Pete,

If you are talking about using it on a HL, although is does not give you the exact voltage on the product description sheet two things stand out! One is takes 1500 mili amps or 1.5 amps you won't get that off of your Heng Long board and th unit requires a heat sink, it is not a holder is is a heatsink to disipate the heat with that much current in such a small device!
