Some of their older brushless motors had bad rotors. Maybe they are better now but still, there are better options out there. Unless they are significantly cheaper than the Novaks there's really no reason to choose it when it comes to the motors. They've got some good ESCs out there but their brushless motors are just very typical and average today. Between the sensored brands you can mix and match, the sensor connector and layout is a standard.
