RE: esc question
it finally happend outside even in 55 degree weather, but this time i had the idle up on the whole time, so i it caused it to get even hotter. i have a dynam esc coming in the mail, so i sure hope this will fix it. if the motor was overheating would it decrease in speed or would it just shutoff? i was hovering about 3 ft off the ground and then after about 5 mins i heard the power loss and it dropped fairly quickly luckily i gave some throttle so it hit the ground soft, but even after that i kept going and it still lift off the ground and did just fine, just had to use more throttle. i flew it for another 5 mins then i could tell the battery was getting low and came back in. it never shuts off completely just hear it slow down.
