You have to check each individual cell on the balance connector. If your pack is way out of balance you may have a low cell... Did you say you experience this with different batteries? If so, my vote goes to your ESC as the culprit, unless you have motor mounting bolts that are so long they contact the stator/rotor ( whichever it is) as found by others.
