What about a Hitec HS-5125MG "thin" digital super torque servo
at 6.0 Volts
speed 0.13/60degrees
torque 3.5kg.cm(48.60oz.in)

at 4.8v
speed 0.17sec/60degree
output torque 3kg.cm or 42.66 ounce.in

size 1.18 x 0.39 x 1.33 inches
