Not knowing the cables were wired different, I bought some short ones from Home Depot, because the ones that came with the engine were too long.
As soon as I switched on the ECU, I had smoke coming out both ends of it. The ECU was shot but repairable. JETCAT USA replaced the ECU at Fla Jets with a new one and at no charge!
Customer service doesn't get any better than that guys!
