I have the 50cc V2 Extra and my buddy has the 50CC EF Extra. Other than the points already mentioned as far as kit components and cost - they fly very similar in nature. I have been hucking my Extra around and it is a confidence inspiring plane, I flew my buddies plane and they felt very similar - almost the same actually. We are very close as far as weight and he has the ES Composites pipe where I have the MTW-75K can (both on DA50). He'll have more power on the pipe than my can but it will require some tuning to keep it from being peaky. The Either way you go - you will be pleased and they both are great!
