nice planes. I'm live in Middle Tn , dickson county . Are combat planes hard to fly or does it just depend on the plane itself?
Hi Flyboy2,

Combat planes aren't hard to fly at all. If you can fly a regular sport airplane, a combat plane should be a piece of cake. They go where you point them and are smooth and gentle, but can twist and turn like crazy, and the best part is they are so durable that mid-airs aren't usally very bad. Brian and I had a mid-air last Sunday and we each just broke our $2 prop - the planes were ready to go again!

By the way, we're having a big SSC contest in Jackson on June 21 (WTRCF club). There are people from TX SC, GA, OH and other states signed up with people from Florida and other states talking about coming. Jackson's only about a 90 minute drive from Jackson - I know because we flew in an SSC combat contest in Dickson a few years ago [8D]
