Default Engine mounting problem.

I have a Aeroworks Edge 540T .46-.61 ARF I'm putting together. The engine is a Tower Hobbies .75. Broken in and runs good with stock muffler. Enclosed are 3 pics of the engine mounting process. The problem I'm having is the muffler touches the fuselage. Unfortunately, the engine mounts only go sideways so I cannot move them up or down.

I wanted to know if they make something whereby you can mount the muffler to the engine with the ability to turn the muffler.
I think this is my only option other than whittling out the fuse (which I don't want to do) or getting a Pitts Style Muffler. Concerning a Pitts style muffler, I'm unsure as to how this would affect engine performance.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
