Do you have any debris up, inside the glow plug starter? Could there have been some fuel on the glow plug which got on the starter and is keeping it from making a proper connection? Is the battery loose and not making a connection with the terminals? Could there be a short in the charger (or the wire)? Could I be running out of ideas???????
