I have a Tower brand glow starter with meter. I think the meter is toast, but the starter keeps on lighting plugs, so I just ignore hte meter these days. Next one I get won't have the meter.

(btw, the combination of the Tower glow starter and the KB 1L plug can't be beat, I think they were made for each other. It's a long story though , you'll just have to trust me on it)
