I would not be concerned about them working I would be concerned about the centering of a 100 oz. servo on a Pattern ship.

I am a HUGE fan of the Hitec-645MG servo (107oz @ 4.8V and 133oz. @ 6V) but they are not fast and the centering leaves something to be desired. [)] On sport airplanes no problem on a high speed plane or precision ballistic os SPA plane- nope.

I admit I have never tried the Tower servos however.
