I checked with MAS and they don't recommend drilling any of their props. Have many of you been drilling MAS props??
This as an MA wooden propnot a nylon. They don't make plastic props in this size range, and I agree, I would not drillthere wouldn't be any place to drill one anyway. The woodies though are like any other wooden prop and there is no way to use them on the DL without drilling the four bolt holes.
Paulglad to hear you got your "problem" sorted out. I'm not sure I would have admitted to that...

. Then again, I've never taken off with reversed ailerons, or with the wrong plane selected, or....
MAS does not recommend drilling any, even the wood ones, according to the response they sent me.
Dear Wayne,
If you want to ream the mounting hole to a larger diameter, this can be done within limits. If you are drilling several small bolt holes, this is not recommended. What is the brand of the engine and what size are the holes?
I told them it was the same as a DA-50.
Dear Wayne,
Sorry, wish we could help.
