Spoke with Ken and Andrew yesterday. They are going to send another radio to Harleygal after thouroughly testing it in their office first. If that does not resolve the issue then she will have to take it to her LHS and CEN will work with them to find and fix the problem. CEN is trying to take care of this problem for her. I will keep you all posted as things develop.
