RE: H9/Carden Yak 54
Well I just bought a MVVS/Evolution 58GX for this baby.
My earlier thoughts on a EVO54 were just that, they cost a whole bunch to be shipped individually from Spain. Besides I got a great deal on a NIB 58GX.
Now I just need to find a return to center header for this engine. However I may just start with a Evolution pitts muffler.
As for the manual, I,m not going to hack a hole in my cowl as large as is shown. I have had good success with opening up a hole large enough for the cylinder head and additional cooling holes further aft on the cowl. The QuiQui Yak is very similar in size and a number of guys have made a nice job of the cowling cutouts in a thread in his support forum, thats what I,m going with.
