It will be interesting to see how your modifications turn out. I am on my second tail motor. Could you post me a bit more information on the tail motor setup, it sounds like you have all but sorted this heli out. I am still waiting for my receiver. Has yours been any trouble? I have had 2 to date. Second one was dead on arrival. I know what you mean with these motors etc. arriving in the post and not working. I was beginning to think that I was doing something wrong. I am lucky my son is a heli nut as well and he lent me his honeybee king 2. Its been good to get some hover time. I still want to sort this eagle 50 out though as I did enjoy flying it when everything was operational. So far I have only had about an hour of flying time with it. Keep me posted as to how your upgrade goes.
