Whenever I order something online I never expect a quick delivery or response through email. In having this type of attitude things usually work out. For example, I ordered my helicoptor Monday morning received a tracking # that afternoon but my package did not get picked up by UPS until Thursday afternoon with a delivery day for the following Monday. The tracking information showed that UPS made an error in the delivery location and resent my package. This crap happens more often than they would like us to know. All in all, it took me 1.5 weeks to get my package. I was a bit upset but I knew that I could cancel the order at anytime. I think that knowing that you have the power to purchase or cancel your order at anytime should help you wait patiently or to give the company the finger if you are not TOTALLY SATISFIED. My moto is "If one company doesn't treat you right their are many more that will"...
