Wow,

There must be something wrong. Prop out of balance? Center hole in the prop not centered in the prop hub. I have never seen one break bolts like this. Those are larger bolts...I use 4-40 bolts or 3mm Bolts to hold my engines in place.

The other possible solution is a bent crankshaft. However I doubt that is the case on a new engine.

Perhaps you should it to YS Parts and Service along with the prop you are using...

Or check the balance on the prop that you are using.
