Default RE: Do 335 - build

Gary,

So far it's been a pretty smooth build. It's much easier than the small one I hope to get some time to get some of the hardward installed in the wings this weekend. I want to have the retracts installed and tested. Still not sure about what to do with the flaps? I may try and find a solid piece of balsa for them and use pin hinges like on my P51B. Otherwise I may go with split flaps, not scale, but easier to install

Been working on my Stuka lots trying to get the cockpit kit installed and changing the gear to oleo struts to help with landings. I am going to do a lot of weathering on the plane when I get everything dialed in and it's flying perfect. The oleos should take care of the landing bounces...or maybe it's me?
