Hello Everyone
I assembled my sport 40 hydro together and when I tested it(on the stand) the water jacket was leaking and spraying water about when I ran the throttle. Thank god I caught that flaw[sm=eek.gif]. I've just applied some silicon glue(stuff that most water jackets are made of) around the ends to see if it'll help.
Overall any other suggestions?

The rubber O rings are aligned in their slots and are not pinched anywhere in the jacket.
