You'll find that most local hobby shop web sites are worthless for actual shopping. They are good to get address, store hours, and sometimes a few outdated photos or a link to a google map. I always wonder why they bother putting anything else on the sites since they do not maintain them.

The hobby shop in Mequite used to be Mickey's A-1 Hobby. Now it's just A-1 Hobby. Mickey & June are gone and the new owner seems to be working his way out of the glow powered plane business. He is a "car guy" and is concentrating on that and small electric models.

For me, since I like glow powered planes, the new direction has removed A-1 from my list.
