Actually that wasn't to bad if they were working on a full turf management plan.
Worked at some golf courses when I was in my younger years hard to remember that for back. But growing good grass isn't as easy as some think
Now as to whether that money was well spent heh Dunno I have never been to Muncie to see the grass
