Crisis management training? The best crisis management training I ever received was from my parents. "Tell the truth and make sure your brain is engaged before putting your mouth into gear!" (I'll give em training on crisis management for a LOT less than $20K and it won't even take up a week of their valuable time.)

I'm probably missing something here but I thought this hobby was about model airplanes and flying them. What crisis do we need training for?
